images after moonrise taken 3 minutes apart with a fixed camera (camera on tripod). Nikon D850, Nikon AF-S 70-200 mm f/2.8G VRII at 116 mm. The exposure
time had to be adjusted every third or fifth image due to the brightening of the moon. The moon brightness was fine-tuned in Adobe Photoshop (using the NEF
files). The expected position of the rising moon was determined with the excellent Swiss PeakFinder app.
